We are a leading sports betting website with millions of weekly active users, striving to be the best in the industry. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing audio content for our suite of games, including background scores, sound effects, UI sounds, and character/event-driven audio cues. You will shape the sonic identity of our games, optimize audio assets, and ensure standardization. Your original compositions and SFX designs should elevate gameplay, evoke emotions, and reinforce narrative elements. We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented audio professional with a passion for gaming.

Responsibilities

• Analyze game audio design briefs and understand audio requirements through team discussions to achieve optimal results.
• Ideate and compose original background music, SFX, and perform mix-mastering for dynamic audio content across various game scenarios, events, and UI interactions.
• Design and produce high-quality soundscapes and effects for games and their animations, optimizing for size limits and appropriate audio formats for integration.
• Collaborate with designers, game developers, and product managers to align audio design with visual and gameplay direction.
• Review and research competitor games and audio trends to benchmark quality and foster creative innovation.
• Revise and refine audio assets based on feedback and user testing.
• Maintain and organize all sound assets.

Requirements and Skills

• 4-6 years of professional experience in Sound Designing / Music Production, preferably within the gaming industry.
• A solid portfolio or showreel showcasing original music composition and sound design across various game types or digital media.
• Proficiency in Digital Audio Production tools such as Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.
• Well-versed with industry-standard tools for mixing and mastering sounds to desired outputs.
• Strong understanding of how sound contributes to narrative, pacing, and gameplay experience, with a drive for innovative audio enhancements.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A degree in Sound Design, Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field is an added advantage.
