Requirements

Be able to work in an environment where deadlines are very tight and adapt very quickly to the needs of the business
Be bilingual in French and English
Have general computer skills (Office365)
Have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Have warehouse experience, supervising and/or managing employees

Responsibilities

Demonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20) in the sorting area
Be organized: plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station
Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans
Multitasking: prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives
Be diligent: ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within his team
