Deployment Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience with robotics and software development is preferred, as well as a strong understanding of customer service and technical communication skills.
Solutions Engineers at Cobalt Robotics will triage and resolve bugs affecting the robot fleet in real time, maintaining high service uptime for customers. They will also work to improve overall fleet performance, configure and deploy robots remotely, set up new integrations with various systems, respond to customer concerns, and resolve issues to meet customer needs. Additionally, they will participate in an on-call rotation, prepare robots for demos, develop new robotics features, and fix software bugs as required, while collaborating closely with the engineering team to solve fleet management and customer issues.
