Responsibilities

Drive various hardware product initiatives from conception to release, ensuring successful delivery of hardware products
Define project scope, testing criteria, and deliverables
Manage product timelines and interface with contract manufacturers and key suppliers
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders such as engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to streamline processes and support complex projects
Support complex projects and product initiatives involving coordination with multi-disciplinary teams at Geotab, ensuring effective dialog, vision alignment, and accountability of required work/deliverables
Coordinate internal team activities and lead project meetings, maintain detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Establish and maintain project deliverables, timelines, and milestone updates for sponsors and key stakeholders; serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders on all project-related aspects
Analyze project issues, develop solutions, anticipate potential problems, and proactively address them
