Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to support mobile integrations
Become a subject matter expert on all things related to the Iterable platform, focusing on mobile offerings, including SDK and mobile partner offerings (Branch, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)
Become a trusted advisor to customers’ technical stakeholders
Troubleshoot customers' mobile apps as it relates to the Iterable integration
Scope, manage and deliver solution specifications
Take ownership of post-sales technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to document problem resolution steps and troubleshooting procedures
Conduct product training and demo new features to increase product adoption
Partner with customer success team during technical calls to answer functional and technical questions pertaining to the Iterable platform, focusing on mobile offering
Advocate for customers by learning about their pain points and strategizing with Customer Success Managers to alleviate them
