Solutions Architect
CoderFull Time
Mid-level (3 to 4 years), Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in software development, focusing on blockchain and cloud infrastructure. Proficiency in programming languages like TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure with cost optimization experience is required. In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, including HTTP, JSON-RPC, databases, and core blockchain systems like Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin is essential. Extensive experience designing and deploying secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure, familiarity with dApp development, smart contract integration, blockchain network design, and deep expertise in infrastructure, networking, and systems architecture are also necessary. The ability to translate non-technical needs into technical solutions, evaluate and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, expertise in multi-chain interoperability, understanding of consensus mechanisms, Layer 2 scaling solutions, blockchain security, and experience with advanced technologies like zero-knowledge proofs, oracles, and DeFi protocols are crucial. Hands-on experience managing blockchain nodes and deploying complex smart contract architectures is also required.
As a Solutions Architect, you will engage in exploratory sales calls to understand customer and partner requirements, design tailored solutions aligning business objectives with technical strategy, and build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical demos. You will experiment with emerging technologies to drive Web3 innovation, develop internal and external tooling to streamline solution delivery, and influence the product roadmap by providing client feedback and collaborating cross-functionally.
