5+ years of experience in advanced planning system implementation, supply chain management, or consulting, with a strong technical orientation
Proven technical experience in supply chain planning system architecture, configuration, or implementation
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse or SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) (nice to have, but not mandatory; similar experience in other advanced planning systems encouraged)
Strong analytical skills to address complex technological and business challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience managing system implementation projects or workstreams and leading project teams
Solid understanding of supply chain management best practices
Research skills to analyse client needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Design and deliver technology-enabled transformation projects in supply chain planning
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and team members to understand technical requirements and design scalable solutions
Leverage technical expertise to configure and implement supply chain planning systems
Contribute knowledge and experience to the global talent network
Solve complex planning challenges focusing on system architecture, configuration, and integration using advanced planning technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, and other tools)
