Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management. Responsibilities

The Solution Architect, Healthcare Integrations will lead the technical aspects of pre-sales and post-sales cycles, ensuring a seamless client experience. They will educate clients on product features, serve as the primary technical resource during implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales, and develop tooling and playbooks to streamline pre-sales activities. Additionally, they will cultivate strong customer relationships and translate stakeholder needs into product requirements.
