A MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other Engineering fields is required, along with 6+ years of work or research experience with Python/C++/other software development and deep expertise in AI/Deep Learning with hands-on experience in training and finetuning LLMs.
Deep expertise in Generative AI post-training, Large Language Models (LLMs), data preparation and curation, LLM alignment techniques like RLHF and SFT, and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Megatron-LM, Nemo, Transformers, TRL, and VeRL are required.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills in English, along with a growth mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams in a rapidly evolving environment, are essential.
You will partner closely with developers, data scientists, IT managers, senior executives, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to develop solutions, integrate NVIDIA technology, and enable product growth through customer feedback.
Candidates with confirmed hands-on experience in large-scale post-training using supervised fine-tuning and/or Reinforcement Learning techniques, plus expertise in data processing including synthetic data generation, stand out as ideal.
