Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience building applications on development platforms, with a preference for 2 years of strong Application Development on the ServiceNow platform. A passion for AI and emerging technologies, along with self-driven learning and a track record of staying ahead of trends, is essential. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.
The Solution Architect will design AI-native systems, ensuring technical excellence and business relevance, and interact with customers to understand their business needs. They will create and own programs to demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform within Federal environments, provide mentoring and training to peers, and deliver product demonstrations. Responsibilities also include scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, staying current on product developments, supporting marketing events, and understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products. The architect will collaborate with matrixed sales and solution consulting peers to solve complex Federal government problems.
