Requirements
- Solar experience
- Escalation experience
- At least 1 year of high-volume customer engagement experience
- Ability to multitask and handle working under pressure
- Prior solar experience in monitoring, sales, or service capacity (strong plus)
- Strong computer skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working knowledge of the solar industry, installation processes, or electrical

Responsibilities
- Monitoring customer solar systems and educating homeowners on system efficiency and productivity
- Creating and tracking work orders and workflow maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Handling invoicing for all service tickets and coordinating payment with accounting
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support
- Serving as a liaison between customers and technicians
- Working with scheduling to confirm service visits
- Answering customer concerns or service requests regarding their solar products
- Understanding Freedom Solar Power products and the installation process to answer questions
- Assist with other duties and tasks outside of day-to-day duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
