Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of work experience or tenure in related position(s) in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written communication skills (strong verbal skills a plus)
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite. Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment adjacent to one of our offices (Chicago, IL, Oakland, CA or Portland, OR) and expected to be in the office a minimum of once a week

Responsibilities

  • Process complex project applications according to documented standard operating procedures
  • Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed
  • Provide professional written communication/questions to customers who have submitted applications
  • Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions
  • Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints
  • Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge
