  • Strong foundation in electrical and control systems
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++
  • Experience in automation frameworks like Robot
  • Passion for vehicle controls and automated vehicle technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Must have graduated between August 2024 and August 2025

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute software tests (unit, bench, and in-vehicle as needed)
  • Analyze test data (simulated or vehicle) and provide actionable insights to engineering, field service, and safety teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Investigate issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in engineering activities across the vehicle development lifecycle
  • Contribute to scripting efforts for automation in testing and test result analytics to improve efficiency and insight generation
