Requirements

  • Fluency in both German (Native) and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in automotive or embedded systems
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and safety-critical environment
  • Good to have familiarity with voice assistant platforms, natural language processing, and AI model testing
  • Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements (e.g., how to protect data & how to handle this data)
  • Demonstrative knowledge of information security through internal training programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for the automotive assistant across infotainment, navigation, climate control, and vehicle settings
  • Validate voice recognition, intent detection, and response accuracy under varying acoustic and environmental conditions
  • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and system engineers to define test strategies, test coverage, and quality benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE
  • Analyze logs, trace data, and assistant behaviour to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and user experience issues
  • Support customer joint test sessions, field trials, and OTA update validation
  • Follow workplace security protocols and training programs to maintain a safe workplace
  • Follow security procedures to report any suspicious activity
  • Have respect for corporate security procedures to allow those procedures to be effective
  • Adhere to company's compliance and regulations
  • Encourage following zero tolerance for workplace violence
