Fluent in English and Spanish
Reside in Mexico City and available to work onsite 2–4 days per week
Proficient in object-oriented programming (.NET/C# and JavaScript)
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for technical issues within your team
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to finalize requirements
Write and review technical specifications and code for moderately complex systems
Resolve advanced bugs and technical challenges
Translate product requirements into effective software designs
Promote best practices in development, including code reviews and testing
Work in Agile, Kanban, or other development environments
Mentor and support junior engineers in their growth
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends
Design and manage complex data models
