Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Reside in Mexico City and available to work onsite 2–4 days per week
- Proficient in object-oriented programming (.NET/C# and JavaScript)
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus
- Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Skilled in test-driven development and working with complex data models
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues within your team
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to finalize requirements
- Write and review technical specifications and code for moderately complex systems
- Resolve advanced bugs and technical challenges
- Translate product requirements into effective software designs
- Promote best practices in development, including code reviews and testing
- Work in Agile, Kanban, or other development environments
- Mentor and support junior engineers in their growth
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends
- Design and manage complex data models
- Lead team operations including hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering innovation
