5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer in an industry setting
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce clear, structured technical documentation

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure user and account management systems within Workbench
Collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams to define and deliver high-impact features
Develop scalable backend services and user interfaces using Go, Java, React, TypeScript, and Terraform
Drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and contribute to system architecture decisions
Identify and implement improvements in reliability, performance, and user experience
