Responsibilities
- Design and build systems that dramatically increase the scalability and performance of all applications built on Airtable
- Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to understand user needs and build a product that unlocks their potential
- Work at the deep backend of the Airtable software stack within the Enterprise Product portion of the organization
- Contribute to expanding the volume of data that can be stored in Airtable applications
- Help coach other team members and improve overall team effectiveness
