[Remote] Software Engineer - NFL Universe Football at Voldex

The position is fully remote with a team of 70 full-time remote members across the globe. Candidates must be willing to work EST/PST hours, with ideal hiring regions in Canada, UK, and LATAM, and travel 2-3 times per year for onboarding, RDC, and team meet-ups.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience, strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving, familiarity with game engines, scripting languages, version control, excellent communication and collaboration, and 1+ years of Roblox development experience.

Voldex has a fully remote team of 70 full-time members across the globe, focused on acquiring and growing top Roblox games like Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football. The collaborative environment involves partnering with designers, artists, and producers, using tools like GitHub and Discord.

Strong candidates have 1+ years of Roblox development experience (ideally 2+ years professional development), shipped games or features on Roblox, game jam or modding experience, and familiarity with live game systems like analytics, economy tuning, and balancing.
