Responsibilities

Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the async task runner to meet needs of over 100 million users and support product/business growth
Ensure systems remain reliable, efficient, and scalable, with guidance from senior team members
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to address emerging challenges
Empower engineering team to build features confidently while growing skills in distributed systems and infrastructure
Develop skills to debug live production systems with minimal disruption (e.g., replacing components, managing failovers)
Participate in on-call rotation, responding to incidents to uphold reliability and restore operations
Partner with product engineers and other infra teams to align platforms with business needs and product goals
