Requirements

Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, ReactJS, Java, RESTful services, Spring Boot (or similar frameworks preferred), HTML, CSS, and SQL
Proficiency in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Angular and ReactJS
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Understanding of data modeling principles
Ability to work with complex data models
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with industry best practices — code coverage
Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Knowledge of data manipulation languages
Knowledge of test-driven development
Ability to complete moderately complex bug fixes
Good oral and written communications skills
3+ years of Software Engineering experience
BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity
Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs
Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
Resolve technical issues as necessary
Keep abreast of new technology developments
Complete bug fixes
