Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring BlueYonder TMS
  • Strong understanding of transportation workflows, carrier onboarding and contracts, and freight rating
  • Experience working in agile teams and using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
  • Fast learner and curiosity to solve complex transportation use cases with available tools and technologies
  • Bring an open and collaborative mindset to partner with team members and deliver business features with speed and high quality

Responsibilities

  • Configure BlueYonder TMS modules including planning, execution, and carrier management
  • Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to implement functional changes and enhancements
  • Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing support for TMS operations
  • Maintain documentation for configuration standards and change history
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and usability
  • Deliver support for BlueYonder related incidents in our distribution centra
  • Actively learn and leverage Nike AI tools to robust product features
