Requirements

  • Exposure to mature, full-stack web applications with several years’ commercial experience building across most or all levels of a web application, from client-side code to the database
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguous work that has many possible implementation options, balancing quality, consistency, and value to customers
  • Curious, with experience picking up new technologies and domains on the job, energized by working across myriad layers of the stack
  • A strong communicator, able to easily and clearly express yourself and convey technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Live within a commuting distance of the office in London

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver game-changing features with team autonomy, taking ownership of the whole user experience to support coaches and athletes
  • Test new ideas, iterate rapidly, deploy changes to the product hundreds of times a day, propose solutions to ambiguous technical problems, and provide guidance to less experienced engineers
  • Work with a cross-functional team, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, Design, and Scrum disciplines, to deliver full-stack web features
  • Build integrations to make the platform work seamlessly with tools teams already use, serving customers from high school to professionals across sports like soccer, American football, rugby, and basketball
