Position Overview

At Hirevue, our Software Engineers don’t just write code — they help shape the way people connect, communicate, and get hired. In this role, you’ll bring to life our cutting-edge SaaS platforms, including our Enterprise Video Interview software and chatbot solutions, designed to help companies engage candidates, predict post-hire success, and empower job seekers to land their dream roles.

Responsibilities

• Create Impact: Contribute to designing and building solutions that directly shape the experience of our customers and their candidates.
• Prototype, Code, Test, Review: Be hands-on at every stage, from writing clean, testable code to performing code reviews and defining unit tests.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with a talented team of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Team Leads, Product Managers, Designers, and others who are passionate about building great software.

Qualifications

• B.S. Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent trade school degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous employment experience of any kind is preferred.
• AWS and Cloud certifications are preferred.

Additional Information

• This position is a work-from-home role. The individual must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings.
• Some travel will be expected.

We have implemented a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy, using Google User Enrollment to ensure personal apps and data are kept separate from work apps and data. HireVue can manage only the work-related aspects of the device, ensuring privacy for personal data.
