Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of software development / engineering experience
  • BE or MS in Software Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience with Programming Languages: Java (Preferably 11+)
  • Experience with Frameworks: Spring Boot
  • Experience with Frameworks: Front End Technology: Angular (Preferably 12+ Version)
  • Experience in web application development
  • Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB is preferred
  • Experience with IaaS & PaaS from Azure cloud
  • Experience with microservice development is a plus
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Explore and evaluate technologies to advance our software as a service platform and grow our business
  • Lead a team that will execute projects from beginning to end, including working with product management, gathering requirements, brainstorming solutions, building final applications and testing
  • Delegate tasks to team members matching their individual experience to the task to promote engagement, learning and probability of success
  • Supply practical technical guidance to your product manager partner to increase the odds of overall project success
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they appear
  • Escalate technical issues affecting activities outside of your team
  • Enforce community best practices and team SDLC guidelines
  • Work with your QA lead partner to ensure the overall quality of project deliverables
  • Mentor more junior developers and encourage senior developers to mentor as well
  • Work closely with architects, and other teams to design and implement cross functional requirements
  • Lead design and code reviews encouraging participation of your team members
