Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, demonstrating expert-level knowledge of Python, particularly in building production systems, including experience with mypy, typing, and testing. They should also have experience with Vue.js and TypeScript, or a willingness to quickly learn Vue if coming from React, and a strong understanding of web performance and frontend testing.
The Full-stack engineer will design and build core components of a low-code UI builder and no-code workflow builder using Python and Vue.js, define and enforce backend engineering standards, integrate AI-powered agent tooling, develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI), create intuitive frontend interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, integrate AI services with scalable cloud infrastructure, collaborate with the infrastructure and dev tooling teams, monitor and optimize deployed AI features, promote software engineering best practices, and contribute to both backend and frontend codebases while integrating third-party APIs and AI providers.
