Requirements

Candidates should have experience designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services. A strong understanding of storage systems like relational and analytical databases is required. Demonstrated experience in understanding customer pain points and bridging their needs to technical and product requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of initiative and ownership, the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change, and an exceptional ability to structure problems and prioritize critical issues. Effective communication of complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing, is necessary. Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a diverse group of people at all levels of an organization is also required.

Responsibilities

The Full-Stack Engineer will build reliable and scalable software for TRM customers and design backend APIs with a deep understanding of customer experience and performance. They will develop and maintain public APIs that are part of the API Product suite. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to transform functional visions into tangible roadmaps, supporting and enabling internal business units through shared engineering services, and developing cross-functional relationships to understand and empower their missions. The engineer will also work on complex engineering problems, contribute to technical details and operational processes, and participate in an on-call rotation for triaging customer support requests related to internal tools.
