Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They must have at least 4 years of experience building complex, secure, reliable, distributed, and scalable SaaS systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of experience with Node.js or Python backend services is required, along with hands-on experience in building well-crafted APIs and experience with complex SQL/NoSQL database designs, including schema normalization and query optimization.
The Senior Software Engineer will build strong relationships as a collaborative and dependable teammate across software and machine learning teams. They will create value by working on critical efforts, championing pragmatism, and helping the organization to improve. Effective communication with the audience is essential. Responsibilities include collaborating to design, build, automate testing of, and support REST services, extending Data Lake capabilities, inventing future deployment of versioned machine learning models, advancing platform deployment automation, and enabling agile support for complex interactions with customers and partners' technology.
