Requirements

Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), or Java, with hands-on experience building automation solutions (for Automation & AI focus)
Skilled in open-source automation tools for Web and Mobile platforms such as Playwright, Cypress, Espresso, and XCUITest (for Automation & AI focus)
Familiarity with AIOps, RPA platforms, and AI/ML frameworks including LangChain, MLFlow, Databricks, and GPT-4o (for Automation & AI focus)
Strong proficiency in Linux environments, containerization with Docker, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash (for Site Reliability focus)
Deep understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS automation infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch) (for Site Reliability focus)
Practical experience in incident management, observability tools, and writing operational runbooks (for Site Reliability focus)
Curious, collaborative, and technically strong mindset

Responsibilities

Work as part of a cross-functional team including architects, product owners, and engineers to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, platform, and infrastructure teams to align technical execution with strategic goals
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaboration rituals
