Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent software engineering work experience. A minimum of 3 years of software development experience with Microsoft's .NET Framework, including C#, asynchronous and parallel programming, and performance optimizations, is required. Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, Dapper and/or Entity Framework, NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB), cloud development (preferably Azure with specific services), and REST APIs is necessary. Proficiency in frontend web development with HTML, CSS/Sass, and modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably React) is also required. Familiarity with unit testing (preferably XUnit), SOLID principles, and source control systems (preferably Git) is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing commercial software, communicate effectively, work well in a team, thrive in an Agile environment, and be able to translate high-level requirements into production-ready software.

Responsibilities

Software Engineers will contribute to the design and architecture of the platform, help scale the platform, and build new features. They will develop novel algorithms to solve challenging problems, create tooling for data and process automation, and research and design for future tools and techniques. Engineers are expected to work across the stack and deliver high-quality enterprise software.
