Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Administrator, or related role, along with experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and confidence in their ability to quickly familiarize themselves with another. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Circle is required, as is experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

Responsibilities

The DevOps Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure using cloud-native technologies primarily deployed in AWS, while also exploring multi-cloud solutions. They will maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with development and security teams on best practices, manage infrastructure as code, automate routine tasks, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability of services, implement robust security practices, assist with incident response, and participate in on-call rotations. This role also requires minimal travel for team and company events and a commitment to a 24-hour on-call shift approximately 3 weeks each year.
