Deliver high-quality features and enhancements
Write elegant, easy-to-understand code leveraging AI for generation, refinement, code, and tests
Build, enhance, and maintain product areas improving customer satisfaction and business goals
Embed AI in software development cycle (requirement gathering, research, code generation/review, testing, performance tuning)
Provide guidance through pull request reviews, pair programming, knowledge-sharing to foster technical excellence
Guide conversations to focus on user outcomes, not just features
Collaborate with external teams to debug customer-raised issues
Deliver 1 major feature or enhancements to existing feature, plus bug fixes (within 90 days)
Identify and improve processes to increase SDLC velocity (within 90 days)
Identify areas of technical debt and provide optimization solutions (within 180 days)
Proactively identify technical, usability, or business-related factors
