Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A strong foundation in core Java and related technologies, including object-oriented skills and design patterns, is essential. Experience with designing and implementing microservices-based architectures, containerization, and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is also required.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will take ownership of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies, delivering efficient, highly available, concurrent, and fault-tolerant software systems. Responsibilities include understanding and refining business requirements, contributing to the development of the Aladdin Data Process Engineering platform, and collaborating with product management and business users to define product roadmaps. The role involves designing and developing innovative solutions, maintaining and evolving AI/ML models, applying quality software engineering practices, ensuring system resilience through testing and dev ops, and providing L2 or L3 production support. Additionally, the engineer will foster a strong team culture through inclusion, diversity, and by guiding and motivating others.
