Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in software development, AI, or related field
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and deep learning
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or GCP
Familiarity with AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning
Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications and services for generative AI and large language models
Implement services for generative AI integrations, document parsing, model fine-tuning, and RAG systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI reduces friction, increases efficiency, and solves real-world challenges
Track and apply advancements in the AI landscape, guiding strategy and adoption
Contribute to the vision, goals, and roadmap for AI/ML development at Promise
Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain a clean and organized coding environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging challenges in AI
Develop and maintain documentation for AI pipelines, models, and tools
Participate in company-wide initiatives, such as hackathons, workshops, and conferences
Communicate technical ideas and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners
