Requirements

Candidates must possess a U.S. citizenship and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of five years of experience in object-oriented development and at least two years of experience with C# .NET in Visual Studio, complemented by two years of experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, web services, and databases. Strong experience in the full software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile methodologies are also required.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer at Auria will contribute to the development of web, mobile, and desktop applications for aerospace mission planning and scheduling, providing support for ongoing software development contracts, enhancing existing software tools, and developing new software products. They will work in small development teams throughout the entire development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, unit testing, and deployment, while interacting with internal teams such as Software Engineers and Systems Engineers, and directly with customers. The role also encompasses functioning as a Scrum Master for the DevSecOps team, demonstrating self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and innovative problem-solving skills.
