Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a developer, SDET, or QA automation role, with at least 3 years of coding experience in Python preferred, and experience with other languages like Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript being a plus. Proficiency in Appium, XCUITest/UIAutomator2, API mocking tools (Wiremock, Mockito), testing frameworks (Pytest preferred), CI/CD tools (CircleCI), SQL query analysis, and cloud solutions like AWS is required. Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, Postman, writing clean code, testing methodologies, and automated testing approaches is also necessary, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Software Development Engineer in Test will build test infrastructure for automated regression of mobile applications, identify and fix automation bugs across multiple environments, and optimize test performance and stability. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and executing test strategies and cases, reviewing product requirements for conformity, coordinating with engineers for whole-system testing and post-deployment verification, and identifying, isolating, and documenting product defects. The role also involves serving as a vocal advocate for quality throughout the development process.
