Proficiency with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or Kibana
Ability to contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and SDLC with focus on testability, performance, and reliability
Experience with Git-based workflows and branching strategies
Skills in code review, enforcing quality standards, and documentation
Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering for test case generation and QA workflows
Experience supporting testing of Generative AI applications
Leadership and mentorship skills for junior SDETs and QA engineers

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automation frameworks for Unit, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing
Define and monitor test coverage across UI, API, and database layers
Develop and manage test scripts using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Jest, and Cucumber
Implement and maintain mobile app testing pipelines with BrowserStack
Design, execute, and maintain functional, performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter and k6
Perform security validation and edge-case scenario testing
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Collaborate on deployment activities, including rollback verification and post-deployment validation
Monitor application and test performance using CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or Kibana
Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming sessions
Define test strategies early in the lifecycle and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and results
Follow Git-based workflows and branching strategies
Review test code, enforce quality standards, and document test scenarios, automation architecture, and quality KPIs
Leverage Generative AI and prompt engineering to accelerate test case generation and improve QA workflows
Support testing of Generative AI applications for compliance, reliability, and quality
Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers on best practices in test automation
