Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience working across the stack delivering products that delight end-users
  • Proficiency in one or more general purpose languages like Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, Kotlin, C# or Ruby

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power and localize the Canadian customer experience, in close partnership with global and regional engineering teams
  • Partner with product and data teams to analyze performance and customer feedback, using insights to drive localized improvements
  • Collaborate with global platform, compliance, and payments engineering teams to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance across regions
  • Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and system design to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and resilient solutions
