Strong hands-on experience in front-end technologies and coding

Work closely with architects, product management and other engineering teams to create the technical vision, and roadmap for the team
Design, development and testing of fluid, responsive, secure, large scale web applications
Define and drive the best software development/engineering and operational practices for the team
Drive best-in-class engineering practices, explore industry-leading design patterns
Mentor and help junior team members to excel
