Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot (must have: strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher and Spring Boot framework)
Experience designing RESTful services and GraphQL APIs
Practical knowledge of AWS OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, including indexing, querying, and performance tuning
Proficiency in using tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM)
Nice to have: Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Integrate and optimize search capabilities using AWS OpenSearch (formerly Elasticsearch)
Design and expose APIs using GraphQL, ensuring flexibility and performance
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Maintain and document high-quality, testable code adhering to modern development best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call support when necessary
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
