Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with coding languages relevant to ServiceNow development
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
  • Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
  • Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements, maintenance tasks, and new features
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal application function, quality, and performance
  • Document work and participate in team discussions to share insights and best practices
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables
