Requirements

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (Must have skill)
Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
15 years of full-time education
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks
Familiarity with coding languages relevant to ServiceNow development
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Collaborate with team members to implement enhancements, maintenance tasks, and new features
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal application function, quality, and performance
Document work and participate in team discussions to share insights and best practices
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high-quality deliverables
