Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience (8+ years preferred in software development and testing, with at least 3 years in Cloud Native SaaS applications)
15 years full-time education; Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must have: Java Full Stack Development
Experience in object-oriented/modern languages (C#, Java, Go etc.)
Understanding of software design patterns
Proficient in RESTful API, Open API design and development, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL)
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, Pulsar, SNS/SQS)
Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation strategies using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, integrated into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and cloud-based testing platforms
Full-stack expertise in development, design, testing, and operations for scalable Cloud Native SaaS solutions
Good to have: Machine Learning, AI/ML initiatives or certifications, front-end technologies (React, Angular), platform experience, Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, Large Language Models (LLMs), security best practices

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Adopt engineering best practices on architecture and technology choices
Lead and mentor junior engineers, guide technical design and architecture discussions, and identify design pattern needs
Execute on AI integration across product suite, including Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics
Design, code (hands-on), and maintain (proactive monitoring, troubleshooting) software solutions using object-oriented or modern languages
Create test scenarios and design, develop, and execute corresponding automated tests
Work with cloud infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm)
Excel in global cross-functional teams, including product management and architecture
Utilize code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and mentoring
Champion continuous improvement by driving engineering excellence, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing feedback loops to enhance code quality, team productivity, and system reliability
