Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus
Experience with ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Service Portal
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service Catalog
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with ServiceNow integrations
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages
Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization
Experience with ServiceNow security and compliance
Experience with ServiceNow Workspace development (a plus)
Experience delivering technology within a life science setting (a plus)
Must be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data and process analysis

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions
Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality
Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers
Contribute to the development and implementation of ServiceNow best practices
Work with a team of business analysts to identify and document business processes that can be automated using ServiceNow
Work with a team of IT Operations engineers to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems, such as monitoring and ticketing systems
Work with a user experience mindset to develop and deploy solutions for customers
Participate in agile planning ceremonies to help define and prioritize ServiceNow work for the upcoming sprint
Develop and test ServiceNow solutions in accordance with the Agile methodology
Deploy and support ServiceNow solutions in a production environment
Monitor ServiceNow performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Share knowledge and best practices with other team members through code reviews, pair programming, and training sessions
