Requirements

Experience in software development, specifically building web applications at scale and Ruby on Rails
Ability to master new technologies quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment with distributed teams and customers
Demonstrated success in mentorship in software development, particularly using Agile processes and with large-scale SaaS products
Database optimization experience
Experience working with large-scale systems
Diverse base of knowledge to help solve complex technical problems

Responsibilities

Work with a team of developers to solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions for Clio customers
Work in an agile environment with full stack developers across a variety of projects
Use a wide variety of technologies, learn new things, and challenge yourself
Participate in diverse projects and collaborate with multiple engineering teams across three countries
Review and provide feedback on peers' code, both within your team and across Clio
