  • Competence in accurate, quality, and timely documentation of activities using software applications, computers, and databases in accordance with regulations
  • Ability to develop and establish investigation procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, replication strategies for complex issues
  • Skills in developing metrics to assess effectiveness of complaints investigation processes for software issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including communicating trends, analysis, and suggestions for efficiency/improvements
  • Ability to stay up to date with new product developments and support complaint readiness activities pre- and post-launch, including validation
  • Proficiency in monitoring activities, reporting adverse trends, communicating emerging issues, and participating in solution development
  • Effective teamwork with team members and managers at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigation activities on complaints related to software applications (mobile and web apps), ensuring proper equipment installation/maintenance, timely completion per procedures, and appropriate prioritization
  • Meet division goals for timeliness of complaint investigations and identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of documentation for activities, including providing data to management using software, computers, and databases per ADC requirements and regulations
  • Support development and establishment of investigation procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, replication strategies, and steps for complex issues to ensure consistent investigations
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of the complaints investigation process for software-related issues
  • Engage in effective verbal and written communications within the team and cross-functionally, communicating trends/analysis to stakeholders and suggesting changes for efficiency/improvements
  • Keep up to date with new product developments; collaborate with peers/team to support complaint readiness pre-launch (including validation) and post-launch sustaining activities
  • Monitor performed activities, report adverse trends, communicate emerging issues to management/SMEs, and participate in developing solutions
  • Work effectively with other team members and managers at all levels
