Requirements

Experienced IT Support leader with technical expertise to guide teams toward excellence
Ability to build and coach high-performing teams
Experience working cross-functionally with Infrastructure and Systems, Security, People Ops, and other teams
Skills in onboarding new employees, provisioning hardware, providing hands-on support, and adhering to security standards globally
Proven ability to drive high-quality outputs, foster collaboration and growth, and execute in alignment with technical strategy and vision
Experience deploying support best practices, escalation paths, and capabilities globally
Focus on people development, mentoring, and enabling team growth
Ability to set ambitious goals, drive execution, define KPIs, build roadmaps, and use data/metrics for continuous improvement
Expertise in full talent lifecycle management: hiring, mentoring, performance management, with emphasis on diversity and inclusion
Active involvement in interview and onboarding processes
Ability to create career development plans, provide constructive feedback, and model positive culture
Experience developing technology training frameworks and feedback processes
Strong technical judgment to guide team decisions and ensure high-quality work

Responsibilities

Lead the team in the development of the support strategy and roadmaps for core SOS offerings, including front-line support desk, onboarding, offboarding of employees and contingent workers, supply chain, and logistics
Build, scale, implement, and improve internal processes and reporting to optimize team productivity
Serve as the top-line escalation point
