Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism, including development and maintenance of automation solutions
Strong understanding of RPA best practices, process assessment, and automation lifecycle
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
Knowledge of how to write basic SQL queries
Experience in integrating Blue Prism with APIs (REST/SOAP)
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its integration with RPA solutions
Knowledge of Azure-based solutions such as Azure Document Intelligence, AI Foundry, and other cognitive services
Interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and its practical application in automation and business process optimization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Blue Prism Developer Certification

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows, analyzing complex requirements and creating streamlined RPA solutions
Lead process improvement projects and support post-deployment activities
Enhance automation performance through troubleshooting and continuous optimization
Identify opportunities and develop proposals for digital transformation initiatives
Work on selected tools, troubleshoot, and develop fixes and enhancements to running automations
Propose enhancing Digital Workforce (BOTs) with Smart Automation solutions and techniques
Cultivate key relationships with Process Owners, Finance and Business Sponsors, Technology, Architecture, and other teams
