Candidates must be a high school graduate or have equivalent experience, possess a PSIA level 2 certification or equivalent, or hold a USSA Level 100, 200, or 300 Coach certification, and demonstrate a high skill level and knowledge of skiing mechanics. Fluency in English is also required, and successful completion of an on-snow demonstration of skiing skills may be necessary.
The Ski Team Coach will coach and teach athletes, implement training and competition programs, conduct training sessions, communicate with parents and co-workers, and contribute to the overall development of athletes within the Competitive, Development, Freeride, All Mountain, and Mighty Mites teams, catering to athletes aged 6-18.
