Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering, demonstrating expertise in Linux systems, particularly Debian-based distributions, and proficiency in Python for automation scripts and tools. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts and experience with monitoring tools and frameworks for observability are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly available and scalable systems, automating infrastructure workflows to streamline deployments and eliminate manual overhead, building monitoring and alerting systems for deep visibility into system performance and health, troubleshooting and resolving critical issues in complex systems, collaborating with QoS and operations teams to enhance reliability and drive technical excellence, and tackling unique technical challenges related to managing a global infrastructure of approximately 10,000 on-prem servers.
