Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong focus on Windows Server environments and SQL Server. Experience with on-premise software, particularly .NET classic applications, is essential, along with a solid understanding of troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues in production and internal environments, specifically related to SQL Server, Windows Server/IIS configurations, and the Resware application, while also maintaining and supporting internal R&D tools and overseeing the Resware installer. You will lead or contribute to incident management and RCA processes, refine monitoring solutions, document systems and processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide feedback to development teams to ensure stability and maintainability. Furthermore, you will prioritize issues based on their business impact and collaborate with various teams to resolve problems and improve system health.
