Candidates should have advanced proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly in Python and PowerShell, along with extensive hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and identity management systems. A strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud automation tools like Terraform is essential, as well as the ability to architect and manage access control mechanisms using security frameworks such as Zero Trust. A deep understanding of identity governance and administration platforms, along with demonstrated expertise in optimizing IAM processes through engineering best practices, is required. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CCSP is also preferred.
The Site Reliability Engineer, Enterprise IAM will design, build, and maintain scalable IAM automation workflows using Python, PowerShell, and Terraform. They will develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for IAM environments and implement CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments. The engineer will define monitoring and observability strategies for IAM system health and compliance, own the configuration of AzureAD identity access, and collaborate with security and DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions. They will lead initiatives to improve IAM practices by adopting emerging technologies and optimizing processes for scalability and efficiency.
